The only people paying through the nose for expensive housing in New York City are stupid people with no money.

At one time I read in the newspaper that this famous actress was paying only $350.00 a month for her rent controlled apartment on Central Park West. While at the time I'm sure there were hundreds of dumbass actor temp beauches paying $3,000 a month for some *hit apartment in which three or four of them had to live on top of each other.

The secret to finding a great apartment at a good price in Manhattan is to live where the ahole horde doesn't want to live. There are NO bad areas in Manhattan. Any where you live in Manhattan will eventually become a place where everyone wants to live because Manhattan is a very small piece of land with a lot of people on it.

just imagine if The Horde that ran to Brooklyn in the 90's had bought houses or rented Apartments in Harlem at that time? But then, I guess this is why they are THE HORDE isn't it? Now that multi-millionaire investment bankers and famous actors are buying houses in Harlem, The Horde will probably now lay seige on Harlem.

How can they NOT see how ***king stupid they are? They should just do the world a favor and blow their idiot ***king brains out.


At one time, Chelsea was an industrial area where no one wanted to live.

At one time Hell's Kitchen was a seedy Times Square area full of hookers and drug addicts where only European immigrants lived. And,

At one time nobody White would have been caught dead looking for housing in Harlem.

I moved to my apartment when no one wanted to live on the Upper Upper West Side. I was told that anything above 96th street was a BAD area in 1992.

The ***king horde is always wrong, you can bet money that anywhere the ***king horde doesn't want to live today will be the next hot area to live tomorrow.

see, the thing here is that White Trash New Yorkers haven't yet realized that everyone else is New York City is actually trying to get away from them. The Horde hears about some hot new area to move into and the reason that area is HOT is because the HORDE isn't there. Then, as soon as the Horde reads in the NY Times that the area is HOT and starts moving in, then the people who actually made that area HOT start moving out exactly because the ***king Horde IS moving in. It is a vicious cycle that will continue until the ***king Horde actually moves the ***k OUT of the City. But, I have this feeling that there is a unique species of Horde currently in NYC that is actually too stupid to realize that they should go the ***k away.

A good rule of thumb in Manhattan on everything is to find some dumbass Actress who has just moved to Manhattan with visions of being a Broadway Star (i.e. hooker) and do the exact opposite of whatever the dumb Beauch does (live in the opposite area of the city, find the opposite kind of apartment, work at the opposite kind of job and have sex with the opposite kinds of people).

What do you call a run down roach and rat infested building with a crack addict standing in front of it who is being paid $25.00 a day to smile at people as they come in? A Door Man Building. All the brain dead beauches in Manhattan working as hookers and telling people that they are actresses HAVE to live in Door Man buildings. "Door Man Building" on an apartment ad in a newspaper is guaranteed to bring in a *hit load of dumb beauches who will pay $4,000 a month for a closet, just so they can brag to the guys they are giving blow jobs to for $50.00 a pop, that they live in "Door Man Buildings".

In Manhattan, you don't want to:

( a ) live anywhere that the horde thinks is a great place to live, because they will only drive the rent higher and higher;
( b ) you don't want to live in a building that you can barely afford because the rent will only get higher and everybody has cash flow problems in NYC at one time or another;
( c ) you don't want to live in a building where you don't have a good relationship with the owner/landlord, because you can't win against the landlord. If your landlord hates you, it will only be a matter of time before he succeeds in getting you out of his building.

Take Co-Ops for example.

Every where else in the United States Co-ops are housing for the poor and middle-class. Hell, there is even a federal program to aid poor people in creating co-ops.

In the rest of America, a group of people who otherwise could not afford to buy housing individually, come together and create a corporation that buys a building. All of the individuals are shareholders in the corporation that buys the buidling and they share in buying and maintaining the build. Only in New York City could someone actually manage to turn Co-ops into what they are in New York City.

and I doubt if most of the assholes dying to buy a co-op in New York City even have a ***king clue what it is that they are actually doing. Co-Op in New York City is a representation of a status of living, even though what a co-op actually is is mostly crap. For example,

historically, when the idea of a co-op first started, there was no such things as LLCs (limited liability companies). Today, since there are LLCs, instead of buying into a co-op where some guy owns the building, you and a group of your friends can create a LLC and buy a building and operate exactly the way a co-op would operate.

For example, let's say one couple has the option to buy a 1 bedroom co-op in New York City somewhere for $50,000. Instead of buying this one bedroom co-op this couple could get together with another couple with $50,000 and form an LLC that buys a three story building in Harlem with a $100,000 down payment. These two couples, for all practical purposes, could function exactly like a co-op would function only better (because they have total control of the company that owns the building). According to reports, the #1 use of LLCs today is to buy real estate

The Next Big Wave in the Housing Industry in New York City WILL BE groups of people getting together, forming LLCs and buying buildings for them all to live in. It should take the ***king Horde about 5 years from now to catch on to this. I have been tracking the horde for some years now and, according to my records so far, The ***king Horde is exactly five years behind your average Black and Hispanic when it comes to what is hip

My Landlord Is The Devil

My landlord is not Satan, Satan would have to go to evil college in order to be in the same league as my my landlord.

However, I am alive and I owe everything I currently own to the fact that my Evil Landlord is more concerned about making Money than he is about any personal animosity against me. I'm sure my landlord hates me, but he is more interested in making money than in trying to destroy my life.

and here we have the difference between the rich and the people who deserve to die. There are two kinds of people in New York City: (a) those people interested in making a lot of money; and (b) aholes (like the fahking wannabe actors) who have no fahking money and no hope of ever getting any fahking money - everything with these aholes is personal, they will lose money to keep someone else from making money.

Anywho, my landlord completely redid my building from the ground up about 4 years ago. When my landlord started the remodeling project, he tried to get as many people in the building to move out; to evict them or to get them to agree to move to remodeled apartments. There were two old Black Women in my building who refused to agree to move to remodeled apartments.

The two old Black women who refused to agree to the remodeling project continued to live in their old apartments while my landlord reconstruted the entire building around them. The last of those two old women died last year and my Landlord is now proceeding with his original plans for the building.

one of the evil acts that landlords in SOME neighborhoods are said to have done in NYC is that they filed suit in court to evict a tenant but didn't notify the tenant. The tenant then would come home one day to find out that he was being evicted from his apartment and there was nothing he could do about it. Of Course, no one in New York City would dare do anything like this to anyone White, because landlords know that someone White could get a big money judgment against them in court. However, as with everything in New York City, every landlord in NYC knows that he can try this kind of thing against someone Black because there is always the chance that no judge will listen to or believe or care about someone Black complaining.

Another One Bites the Dust

I was walking to my building some weeks ago and I saw through the window of this apartment that said apartment was empty. This apartment was the apartment for about 20 years of this tired ass old fahker man that I never really liked. The old fahker was Black, poor, uneducated and didn't have sheat going for him, but I could still tell that some how he was convinced that he was superior to me (the old fahk HAD to be a Carib).

Well, it turns out that old fahker died about three weeks ago. Another old ahole that I can now stop dreaming of ways to kill and somehow getting away with. But really, I just wished the old fahk dead, I didn't really hate him enough to actually kill him, I just thought it criminal that I had to look at his old ugly stupid fahking face every time I entered my building. Well, now I don't have to.

There now remains only ONE White idiot fahk in my building that NEEDS to die or be killed by someone. This old fahk looks like some old has been 60 year old street hustler. I can't imagine what this slug could possibly do for a living. However, I can tell that he is also convinced that he is superior to me.

There was another Slug (White) in my building who engaged in this ongoing years long campaign supposedly for tenants' rights. What the Slug actually did was convince a lot of tenants to move out of the building so that HE could end up with a larger apartment for little or no rent. THIS Slug, I just found out, moved out of the building several months ago. I always assumed that my landlord would kill this guy (or that he would otherwise be found beaten to death in Central Park one morning).

My landlord told me that he had a deal with Said Slug that called for Said Slug to move out of the building in X number of years. Apparently my landlord wasn't lying this time. I don't think there would have been anyway in the world that Said Slug would have moved out of a huge apartment overlooking Central Park (for like $500.00 a month in rent) unless he was forced and/or required to.

there was this ongoing sheat about how Said Slug was fighting my Evil Landlord for the Poor Tenants in the Builiding. There was even a non-profit law firm helping with the campaign. Well, after the Landlord settles the lawsuits and after Said Slug convinces a lot of tenants to move out of the building, we learn that Said Slug WORKS for the landlord and that Said Slug was rewarding for convince most of the tenants to move out of the bulding with this huge apartment that he was only paying $500.00 per month for.

I told this story elsewhere here of this tired aass old White Hag in my building who was always hanging around my apartment. Well, one day about four or five years ago, I came home from work and the NYC Coroner's office was dragging HER tired old dead aass out of the building in a Black body bag (that I almost kicked).

While I think its great that these old idiot fahks are dying, it would have been so much more rewarding for me if this was still a BAD neighborhood and someone had beat the stupid fahks to death.
