Once you have lived in New York City for a month or more, you will realize that in order to get awhere, you will have to first separate yourself from the 7+ million stupid usless idiot fahking "oxygen-to-carbon-dioxide-conversion-units" that are funking up the city.

For every great idea that you may come up with in New York City, there are 10 stupid talent-less White Trash Losers in New York City ready to steal it.

Segregation from the White Trash Horde in New York is not just a good career move, it is mandatory for your survival. This brings us to Randall's Island.

I actually had a temp assignment on Randall's Island long years ago, and there was nothing there (which is like fahking perfect). Perfect for this like Motorhome Park for Internet Startups and other Entrepreneurs. From the info below, it looks like you can walk on a footbridge from Randall's Island to Manhattan.

Randall's Island from Beyond Manhattan http://nyc24.jrn.columbia.edu/2003/islands...llshistory.html
Name: Randall's and Ward's Islands

Borough: Manhattan
Origin of current names: Jonathan Randal, and Jasper and Bartholomew Ward owned the islands in the 18th century.
Previous names: Tenkenas (to c. 1790), Randall's and Ward's (c. 1790-present)
Current use: Recreational and entertainment space, Manhattan Psychiatric Center, Charles H. Gay Homeless Shelter, Fire Department Academy and the Deptartment of Environmental Protection's water treatment facility.
