I was temping once at an investment bank. And this kid, who got a job with the IBank because his brother worked there, informed me that labor unions were a thing of the past, that there was no future in labor unions.

Let me put this another way, an at-will ahole, who only had a job because his brother got him the gig, informed me that working minute to minute is HIP-PER than having a fahking contract and a property interest in continued employment.

It never fahking fails to amaze me how someone can be working at a job and making big money and

At-Will Employment may have been so much background noise in the past, but I don't think this will continue to be so. If you are an at-will employee you are a Temp plain and simple. If you are an at-will employee, you may as well be asking you boss at the end of the day if he needs you to come into work tommorrow.

A Labor Union is nothing more than a group of people who have hired the same lawyers to negotiate employment contracts for them. And, in America in 2004,

If you don't have a property interest in continued employment, you may as well be BLACK
