Viki Touchberry, that tired ass swamp Beauch who worked for First Boston, is dead

Well, actually,

the Beauch has been dead for about a year and a half,

I just like waking up in the the morning and yelling out my window

Viki's Dead!

The Touchberry Way

At one point, First Boston decided that it would hire a certain number of temps as freelancers claiming that it would save money to have a certain number of freelancers on staff that were not going through temp agencies.

Now at the time, there were a shit load of temps working at First Boston from a lot of different temp agencies.

This is how Ms. Touchberry went about hiring temps.

Instead of First Boston posting notices of job vacancies, Ms. Viki was allowed to simply pull aside CERTAIN temps into little private meetings and offer them jobs. I, along with the other unliked temps, would go into First Boston the day after one of Ms. Viki's private meetings with a temp and learn that that temp had been hired by First Boston as a freelancer.

Can you ***king believe that a company like First Boston would allow some backwater swamp rat to hire people she liked by word of mouth WHILE there were about 10 or 20 temps (who could sue) in the office watching?

also, First Boston was making a lump sum payment to the temp agency of the temps it hired, it sure seemed to a lot of us that Touchberry just so happened to pick temps to hire who worked for a certain temp agency fronted by a certain friend of hers. One of the employees of this temp agency left and went over to Talent Tree at one point and suddenly Vicki Touchberry approves Talent Tree as a temp agency for First Boston (she even transferred a temp working for First Boston through Custom over to Talent Tree so that they could claim that Talent Tree had temps available). If First Boston ever actually looks into the shit this stupid Beauch was engaged in before her tits attacked her, it will probably learn about the millions upon millions of dollars this dumb Beauch funneled out of First Boston to friends of hers.

The Operation Was A Success But the Patient Died

First Boston's connected lawyer managed to get a small claims court lawsuit I filed against Touchberry dismissed even though the general rule of small claims court is that all claims go to trial unless the same plaintiff has sued the same defendant(s) three times or more.

I probably would have sued Touchberry three times or more if the tired ***ker had lived.

I sued Ms. Viki in small claims court when First Boston did not follow through on its promise that I could still temp at First Boston as stated in the settlement agreement.

Now, unbeknownst to me the second time I sued Bitchberry, Touchberry was actually sick and already dying of cancer when she appeared in court with her attorney. When I looked over at the dying ***ker in Court, I thought she just looked constipated as usual, I had no idea the stupid Beauch would soon be a corpse.

Touchberry's Supervisor

Last time I checked, Touchberry's Supervisor was STILL at First Boston and still in the same position she was in when Touchberry worked there.

So, I guess First Boston thinks that the secret word of mouth hiring of all of those freelancers on its staff is not going to get them sued by anyone else.

Ode to a Dead Bitch
http://www.tempcity.com/discus/messages/5/278.html

How Dare That Bitch Die!

Don't *uck with me today. Okay? I just like *ucking found out that this bitch whose life I was trying to destroy, just up and died, and of natural *ucking causes no less.

Okay, like spare me your fake sympathies. Okay? You don't know what it's like. You can't know what it's like to work day and night trying to be creative enough to destroy some bitch's hopes and dreams and maybe drive her to committing suicide by jumping in front of a subway car, only to have all of that creativity mooted because the Bitch just *ucking dies. Just *ucking dies in her *ucking sleep of natural *ucking causes. Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You say there's a God? Well, what kind of God would allow the richest man in the world to be heterosexual? What kind of God would create a Rosie O'Donnell? And, what kind of God would somehow rejoice in my pain and suffering? I tell you,

nobody knows the troubles I seen.

Nobody Knows.

First Boston Appeals Touchberry's Death From Cancer

Credit Suisse First Boston filed papers in Federal Court in Manhattan today appealing Viki Touchberry's death from cancer.

"Viki Touchberry is an Assistant VP of the company and should not be dead", said First Boston's attorney. "We will appeal this matter all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary"

Every company is legally liable for the actions of its employees. What this means is that no matter what some ahole does to you in the workplace, that aholes' employer will probably hire lawyers and defend the ahole until the company runs out of money or finally loses all appeals.

When you temp in Manhattan and you personally know of the massive array of idiot ***ks and psychos we all end up temping for, the above is one scarry ***king fact.

What saves most of our lives is that there are actually some companies that will have the common sense to realize that some things are just not worth defending even when it is possible to win.

For example, Ford Motor Company defended and defended a lawsuit in which a Black man was harassed in the workplace to the point where Whites ran over the guy with a forklift and left his permanently disabled. Who the ***k would even try to defend this?

But Ford Motor Company did in fact try to defend the lawsuit brought by the guy, who was not only permanently disabled from the fortklft incident but the guy had permanent chemical burns on his face from being ordered to mix hazardous chemicals by his supervisors as a joke.

In the end, Ford had its entire performance evaulation procedures, firm wide, declared illegal. What this meant was that Ford ended up more or less being defenseless to any lawsuit brought by any Ford employee who claimed that his performance evaluation was unlawfully subjective.

God only knows how long and how many peoples' lives Touchberry would have gone on to ***k with had the Beauch not died. Clearly, First Boston, for some reason, was prepared to defend this idiot ***ker until it ran out of money.

I suppose this sorta kinda falls under the category of "divine intervention" , you think?

My Friend The Hustler

For some reason today, I'm thinking about this friend of mine, "Don". I clued Don in on Dead Beauch and how to get a long term temp job at First Boston.

Don and I were friends and, while I like/liked Don a great deal, Don had a lot of problems (mostly drug related).

I met Don at a law firm and a little while after we met, Don showed up one day at First Boston. When I saw Don at the bank, I told him that working at the IBank was a great gig but that if he wanted to get a long term temp assignment, he would have to suck up to Touchberry and kiss her aaasss.

The day after I told this to Don, Don's name appeared on Dead Beauch's list of long term temps. I had worked at this bank for 7 years and I never managed to get on the list of long term temps.

Not to beat a dead horse (or female dog), but somebody at First Boston allowed Touchberry to operate without supervision and to use First Boston as if it was her own private little cookie jar. Touchberry gave temp contracts to people she had "relationships" with and he gave long term temp jobs to dumbass wannabe actor friends of hers who couldn't type. AND,

I think that it is fairly clear that if cancer hadn't killed the beauch, that she would probably still be at First Boston.

The Dumb Beauch Phenom

I just had to press "fast forward" my VCR because there was a dumb Beauch on the tape who reminded me of Touchberry.

I actually gag when I'm walking down the street and I see a Beauch who looks like Touchberry.

The fact that this stupid Beauch is dead proves that there is a fahking God (because if there wasn't a God, I would be in prison right now for kicking the stupid fahker to death).

On a wider scope, does it not look as though the NYC workplace is full of dumb beauches that everyone has to work around?

I have never ever met a Black woman at a law firm who was not an uneducated idiot from the Caribbean. AND,

I know for a fact that there is no one at any investment bank in New York City who gives a sheat what any beauch has to say about anything.

in fact, there was this one beauch Ibanker at First Boston who had no fahking clue what a joke she was. The beauch was trying to be what she THOUGHT a Business Man was, but she never seemed to realize that the only person in the company being a difficult aass was her.

There are TWO very important concepts history will show emerged from the DOTCOM era:

(a) the concept that you can profit by enabling people (while a lot of Dotcoms went out of business trying to offer services free; the concept that a for-profit company can profit by enabling the little guy survived and some people (notably Ebay) have thrived at it);

(b) the concept that young Smart Upwardly mobile White Males will jump at the chance to dump the workplace;

The workplace today (thanks to employment lawyers) is for dumb beauches and faags, because no one with a fahking clue would put up with the EEO hires (dumb beauches, dumb minorities and dumb faags) who are fahking up the workplace.

No one with a fahking clue would actually spend any time with the idiots in the workplace.
